After extensive research into a BPM platform which would handle the exacting requirements of the AWR as well as the general day to day processes of New Millennia. In November 2010 we took on board the AuraPortal platform. There were two main reasons for purchasing the AuraPortal platform; one is having the ability to build any business process we want with no code writers required. The other is the flexibility the users have – New Millennia, Agencies, Workers and Clients can all interact on their individual online portals. Working with AuraPortal to create the most sophisticated digital interface for the recruitment industry we can ensure a compliant operating platform will be available to all our client agencies.

It is imperative that AWR is managed in a structured manner. Day to day processes are performed on a 100% web based platform such as;

• Knowledge of how long a worker has been placed on the same assignment
• What contracts have been agreed with the end client
• What equal treatment the worker is entitled to
• Online Timesheets
• Digital signatures for T&C's and timesheets

These requirements can be a very time consuming and costly process, therefore having a platform which can have alerts to indicate a worker who has completed a certain number of weeks during an assignment is vital. It is imperative that you (the employment business) and the client (the hirer) must communicate to ascertain the requirements of equal treatment.

New Millennia's system (AWRight) powered by AuraPortal has an expected launch in July, but regular updates will be available throughout the integration of the system.
